So. You may have noticed that I haven’t posted in quite some time. I blame first my third trimester of pregnancy. Second, I blame having a newborn. And third I blame my own forgetfulness. I’ve decided that trying to do 52 weeks of cooking AND baking is too much for me, so I will only be doing the cooking challenges from here on out.
I have still been cooking the theme weeks (though perhaps not on the actual week they’re supposed to be cooked), and I have a lot of back posts to get through. I will try to publish one post per day until I get caught up.
This is the Pioneer Woman’s Cinnamon Baked French Toast. It’s been so long since I cooked this that I don’t remember it much. I do remember that it was quite easy to prepare. If you want to have an easy breakfast on a Saturday morning, prepare this the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Pop it in the oven in the morning for a no-fuss treat!
