Why are these eggs naked, you ask? I flopped the hollandaise sauce. I used this recipe from the Pioneer Woman and did not get the melted butter hot enough to cook the eggs and thicken the sauce. The poached eggs were delightful, and the sauce would have been great if I had done it right, so I’m placing this in the “Try Again” category.
